Our Nationwide Clean By Mail service prices are identical to the prices you would pay if you were a local in-store client or a local pickup and delivery client.
Unlike ordinary cleaners, we don’t add a 3% to 6% “environmental tax, surcharge or charge” to any service order. This "environmental tax, surcharge or charge”is nothing more than a scam designed to generate additional revenues as there are no state-mandated “environmental taxes, surcharges or charges".
There is also no sales tax on dry cleaning and related services in Arizona.

Even though time is critical to achieving optimum results, situations may arise where you need your items back in a shorter time frame. If you need your items back by a particular date, we'll examine both the cleaning and shipping options.
Please Note: Our Expedited Service is only available for garments (bespoke, made-to-measure, designer, high fashion and the like) and household textiles (bed and table linens, bedspreads, comforters, coverlets and the like) that are not heavily stained/soiled, do not require extensive restoration and do not require extra-special handling. Should you have any questions on this issue, please contact us.
There is no minimum service order on any Nationwide Clean by Mail order.

Our Nationwide Clean By Mail Service Order Form comprises 3 parts:
Provides us with your personal details (name, addresses, etc.), distribution details (hold for pick up by me, deliver to my home as part of my regular pick up and delivery service, pack and ship by carrier), shipping details (choice of carrier, shipping method, insurance, etc.) and payment details (credit card information, etc.).
Please note that we will not commence service or ship orders unless we have a valid credit card on file.
If you do not wish to enter your credit card number on your Clean By Mail Service Order Form, you can enter CONTACT ME FOR CARD in lieu of a credit card number. We will text you for that credit card number before we commence service.
If you enter CONTACT ME FOR CARD, we'll send you a text message with a link to your unique personal account in our system. Click on the link to add your credit card details. Alternatively, you can call us at

Provides us with a detailed inventory of the items you’re sending in.
Completing the Inventory of Items Sent Form is optional. However, in the event no form is enclosed with your order or in the event your form is left blank, our descriptions and final counts must be accepted as definitive.
Part 2 also provides you the opportunity to request a quotation prior to us commencing any work. Check YES or NO if you desire a price quote.
Part 3 informs us of your likes and dislikes.
For example, how you like the feel of your cottons and linens. How you want us to hang your slacks, trousers and jeans. What your shirt laundry starch preference might be. How you want us to fold you sweaters. Etc.
You only have to complete the Personal Preferences Profile form once. Once we’ve entered your personal preferences in our system, you don’t have to submit the form when you use this service on any subsequent occasion.
You should resubmit the form only if there has been a change in any of the base information you originally provided.
Before you pack your garments, household textiles and/or accessories, please make sure that they are completely dry. Items that are damp or wet could develop mold or mildew during transit.
Please do not use plastic zip lock bags to ship your garments, household textiles and/or accessories. That's because the contents typically arrive in a relatively humid and hot condition when sealed in zip lock bags.
There’s no need to pack your garments, household textiles and/or accessories very carefully. It’s ok to roll or fold your items and insert them into your shipping box — unless there is valid reason not to do so (for example, if you're shipping a couture dress with boning in the corset area, we would advise you to use a larger box so as not the crush the construction of the corset).
Please use a shipper that provides a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).

This contact may take a little longer in certain circumstances.
For example, it may take a little longer if your box arrives on a weekend, on the day before we close for a national holiday weekend, or on the day before we close for our annual, one week summer vacation (typically, the second full week in August).
In order to ensure that your garments, household textiles and/or accessories arrive at their destination in optimum condition, we pay particular attention to the manner in which we package your garments, household textiles and/or accessories for shipping.

We ship United Postal Service (UPS).
We can also ship United States Postal Service (USPS) to destinations -- such like Hawaii and Alaska -- where we know that UPS shipping rates are unlikely to be competitive.
We can also ship Federal Express (FedEx) -- but only if you have your own personal or corporate account.
If you have your own personal or corporate UPS or FedEx account, we can ship using your personal or corporate UPS or FedEx shipping account.

Note regarding our discounted UPS shipping rates:
When you ship a parcel at a UPS store, you pay the UPS "published rate" based on the box size, weight, destination zip code, etc.
RAVE FabriCARE has negotiated heavily discounted UPS shipping rates that are, on average only 20% to 25% of the UPS "published rate". And we pass 100% of these savings onto you in the form of low return shipping costs.
In addition to low rates, we only charge the exact price charged to us by the carrier. We make no profit on carrier charges. We’re merely trying to recover our actual out-of-pocket expenses.
At RAVE FabriCARE, we package your garments in a shipping box that's appropriately sized to ensure that your garments, household textiles and accessories arrive in "ready to wear" and "ready to use" condition. After we enter the box details (size, weight, destination zip code, etc.) into our UPS shipping system, that system provides the UPS shipping costs.
Note regarding the use of a personal or corporate shipping account:
If you elect to do so, we can also use your own personal or corporate UPS or FedEx shipping account.
If you wish to use a personal or corporate UPS or FedEx account, please enter the relevant details on your Nationwide Clean By Mail Form.
If you use a corporate UPS or FedEx shipping account, you must be authorized to use that account for your personal needs. If you're not the primary owner of the corporation, you are, most likely, not authorized to use their corporate shipping account.
If your Nationwide Clean By Mail form specifies the use of a personal or corporate UPS or FedEx account and, subsequent to shipping by RAVE FabriCARE, UPS or FedEx -- for any reason whatsoever -- charges those shipping charges back to RAVE FabriCARE's UPS or FedEx shipping account, you authorize RAVE FabriCARE to recharge those shipping charges plus the UPS or FedEx Chargeback Surcharge to the credit card you originally used to pay for our services.
If the charge back by RAVE FabriCARE is declined for any reason, we will have no option other than to refuse service in the future.
UPS carrier insurance charges (if any) are charged to you at the exact price charged to us by the carrier.
We make no profit on any carrier insurance charges. We’re merely trying to recover our out-of-pocket expenses.
We do charge for our shipping boxes.
We use 15 different sizes of shipping boxes. Our flat shipping boxes range in size from 17 x 6 x 6 to 48 x 24 x 8.

We’ll always endeavor to pack your items in the most cost efficient way consistent with delivering a garment, household textile and accessory in "ready to wear" and "ready to use" condition.
The service charge for each item will be detailed on a separate invoice attached to each item.
The total service cost for all your items will be charged to your credit card as a single transaction ON THE DAY your items are shipped. A credit card receipt for the service charges will be attached to the outside of your shipping box (in a plastic pouch).
The total of the carrier cost, carrier insurance charges (if any) and shipping box charges for all boxes shipped (there could be more than one box shipped) will be charged to your credit card as a single transaction within ONE TO THREE DAYS AFTER THE DAY your items are shipped.
RAVE FabriCARE accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, travelers checks, money orders or COD orders.
We will return your order by United Parcel Service (UPS).
If you are under severe time constraints (e.g., you need a particular garment or set of garments) by a particular date and speed of delivery is more important to you than the cost of delivery, we’ll look at both speed of delivery and cost of delivery and then contact you by phone call, text or email with appropriate details so that you can make an informed decision.
If you have a personal or corporate UPS or FedEx shipping account, please provide your UPS or FedEx account information when completing your Nationwide Clean By Mail Service Order Form.
If you are using a corporate or organization shipping account, you must be authorized to use that account. If your corporation or organization subsequently deems those shipping charges to be "unauthorized", we will charge the actual shipping charges plus the UPS or FedEx Chargeback Surcharge to your credit card.
UPS picks up all boxes from RAVE FabriCARE's facility in Scottsdale, AZ. As soon as any of your boxes is your scanned by UPS at their Sorting Depot, you’ll receive a tracking information email from UPS. In order to ensure that you receive this email, please make sure that you provide an email address when completing your Nationwide Clean By Mail Service Order Form.
If you do not receive an email from UPS, please check your "spam" or "junk" folder.

If you have any concerns in this regard, please contact us to discuss alternative delivery arrangements such as delivery to a business address or to a UPS Store (UPS will hold a package for you for a small fee).
