The RAVE Convenience Account is a personal client account.

It’s a simple, convenient way for our pick up and delivery clients to pay for our pick up and delivery services.

All pickup and delivery clients must open a RAVE Convenience Account.

Prompt, hassle-free service

Now paying for your service orders that have been delivered has never been easier. 

At the moment an order is delivered to you, that order will be charged directly to your own Convenience Account.

There’s no check to write, credit card authorization to receive, or cash to dig for.

Then, at the close of business each Friday night, the accumulated balance on your account will be charged as a lump sum to one of your major credit cards.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Next, at the close of business on the last day of each month, we’ll email a month-end statement to you.

It’ll reflect all the individual ticket charges to your account (debits), all Friday night lump sum charges to your credit card (credits), and a zero balance due.

Simple. Accurate. Convenient.

Unincorporated business and corporate accounts

In addition to individual accounts, RAVE FabriCARE offers unincorporated business accounts, privately-held corporate accounts and publicly-held corporate accounts.

If your business is unincorporated or privately-held, the ultimate responsibility for your account is always personal.

Two types of accounts

Prior to September 1, 2014, RAVE offered clients two types of account – a RAVE Convenience Account or a RAVE Charge Account. 

In the case of RAVE Convenience Accounts, RAVE charged the total accumulated balance on a client’s  Convenience Account to the client’s credit card as a lump sum at the close of business each Friday night.

In the case of RAVE Charge Accounts, RAVE mailed or emailed a statement to a client on the last day of each month and the client paid the accumulated balance reflected on the statement by check or credit card prior to the payment due date.

As of September 1, 2014, RAVE changed its policy. We no longer offers RAVE Charge Accounts.

Except in the case of a handful of long standing clients with a long history of extensive use of our services and timely monthly payments, all pick up and delivery clients are required to open a RAVE Convenience Account.

RAVE Convenience Account – Terms & Conditions

This agreement explains how your RAVE Convenience Account works and the terms both you and RAVE agree to follow.

General

“Agreement” means this agreement; “RAVE” means RAVE FabriCARE, Incorporated, RAVE FabriCARE master cleaners or their assignees; “I”, “me”, “my”, “you”, or “yours” means the individuals who sign this Agreement; “Convenience Account” means your RAVE Convenience Account; “Charge Account” means your RAVE Charge Account; “Statement” means the month end summary of your Convenience Account or Charge Account displaying, amongst other things, the individual ticket charges to your account (debits), all end-of-week charges to your credit card (credits), and a zero balance due, if any; “Statement Date” means the date appearing at the top of your Statement (typically the last day of each month); and “Payment Due Date” means the date indicated on your Statement as the date by which the total accumulated balance on your Statement, if any, is due.

Married applicants

Married applicants can apply for individual or joint Accounts. Notwithstanding the fact that applicants maintain separate accounts, I understand that each spouse is individually and jointly liable for all charges they incur and all charges incurred by their respective spouse regardless of any legal proceeding amongst spouses or any agreement that may affect liability between the spouses.

Corporate and business accounts

I understand that I am personally liable for any balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account even though my Convenience Account or Charge Account may be identified or titled as a corporate or business account.

Convenience account balance limit

RAVE may assign a total balance limit to my Convenience Account or Charge Account. RAVE may also, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, raise or lower the total balance limit on my Convenience Account or Credit Account at any time.

Charges incurred by me or other members of my household

I agree to pay all amounts charged to my Convenience Account or Credit Account, whether incurred by me, any other member of my household, or any other authorized parties such as an employee, personal assistant or housekeeper. I understand that I will be personally liable for all charges incurred by me, any other member of my household, or any other authorized parties such as an employee, personal assistant or housekeeper.

Payment in full

If I maintain a Convenience Account, I may, if I so choose, pay the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account, in whole or in part, prior to the close of business on any Friday. If I maintain a Charge Account, I may, if I so choose, pay the total accumulated balance on my Charge Account, in whole or in part, prior to the Statement Date (typically the last day of each month). I may pay by cash, by personal check, by corporate or business check, by cashiers check, by money order, or by major credit card accepted by RAVE.

I understand that any payment received by RAVE will only be credited to my Account after it has cleared my issuing financial institution or other issuing entity. I also understand that RAVE does not accept personal checks, corporate or business checks, cashiers checks and money orders drawn on financial institutions or other issuing entities located outside the USA.

Payment of my RAVE Convenience Account

I understand that, at the close of business each Friday night, RAVE will charge the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account to my credit card as a lump sum. If, for any reason, RAVE is unable to obtain authorization for the charge, RAVE will immediately contact me by email (using the most current email address RAVE has on file for me) and/or by telephone (using the most current telephone number RAVE has on file for me) to obtain a valid credit card. I agree to provide RAVE with a valid credit card within 3 days of such contact.

In the event that I fail to provide a valid credit card within the 3 day period, I hereby authorize RAVE to hold any and all garments, household textiles and accessories at their facility and/or in storage until such time as I provide a valid credit card and the accumulated balance on my Convenience Account to reduced to zero.

Payment of my RAVE Charge Account

I understand that RAVE has, in the past, offered clients a Charge Account where RAVE mailed or emailed a Statement to the client on the last day of each month and, in return, the client paid the accumulated balance reflected on the Statement by check or credit card prior to the Payment Due Date appearing on the Statement.

I also understand that RAVE changed its policy on September 1, 2014 and no longer offers Charge Accounts.

In the unlikely event that RAVE has allowed me to maintain a Charge Account subsequent to September 1, 2014, I agree to pay the total accumulated balance on my Charge Account by Payment Due Date. In the event that I fail to make full payment of the accumulated balance on my Charge Account by Payment Due Date, I hereby authorize RAVE to hold any and all garments, household textiles and accessories at their facility and/or in storage until such time as I make full payment and the accumulated balance on my Charge Account is reduced to zero.

I further understand that, in the event that I fail to make full payment of the accumulated balance on my Charge Account by Payment Due Date, RAVE may, at its sole discretion, require conversion of my account from a Charge Account to a Convenience Account backed by a valid credit card.

Finance charges

In the unlikely event that RAVE has agreed to allow me to maintain a Charge Account subsequent to September 1, 2014 and I fail to make full payment of the accumulated balance on my Charge Account by Payment Due Date, I hereby authorize RAVE, at its sole discretion, to add a finance charge equal to 21.75% per annum to my Charge Account.

I understand that the finance charge is based on my outstanding daily balance from the Statement Date to the date on which the accumulated balance on my Charge Account is paid in full. I further understand that the minimum monthly finance charge is $10.00.

Returned checks

In the unlikely event that RAVE has agreed to allow me to maintain a Charge Account subsequent to September 1, 2014 and the check provided as payment for the accumulated balance on my Charge Account is, for any reason, returned unpaid on first presentment, I hereby authorize RAVE, at its sole discretion, to add a $30.00 Returned Check Fee to the accumulated balance on my Charge Account.

I understand that RAVE will not redeposit my check after that check has been returned by my bank. In the event that my check is returned unpaid on first presentment, I hereby authorize RAVE to hold any and all garments, household textiles and accessories at their facility and/or in storage until such time as I make full payment and the accumulated balance on my Charge Account is reduced to to zero.

I further understand that, in the event that my check is returned unpaid upon first presentment, RAVE may, at its sole discretion, require conversion of my account from a Charge Account to a Convenience Account backed by a valid credit card.

Closing my RAVE Convenience Account or RAVE Open Account

I understand that I may cancel or close my Convenience Account or Charge Account at any time by providing RAVE with written notice via email to accounts@ravefabricare.com or by certified mail to RAVE FabriCARE, 8480 East Butherus, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

I understand that my notice becomes effective on the date such notice is received by RAVE.

I further understand that if I cancel or close my Convenience Account or Charge Account, all the terms of this Agreement will apply until such time as the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account is reduced to zero.

Default

Subject to the limitations of applicable law, RAVE may, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, declare the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account to be in default under this Agreement if I

  • fail to pay the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account at the close of business on any Friday as a result of the failure, on the part of my credit card issuer, to honor any charge,

  • fail to pay the total accumulated balance on my Charge Account by Payment Due Date,

  • fail to notify RAVE, in writing, of any change in the status of the credit card linked to my Convenience Account within 7 days of such change, including but not limited to a change in the credit card number and/or expiration date,

  • fail to notify RAVE, in writing, of any change in my email address within 7 days of such change,

  • fail to notify RAVE, in writing, of any change in my residential and/or billing address within 7 days of such change,

  • become the subject of any bankruptcy or insolvency leal proceedings, and/or

  • violate any other term of this Agreement.

Remedies to default

After default and subject to the limitations of applicable law, RAVE may, in its sole discretion, with or without notice decline to authorize any further charges to my Convenience Account or Charge Account, bring a court action to collect the unpaid accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account, and/or take any other action allowed by law.

I agree that, in the event of default, all the terms of this Agreement will apply until such time as the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account is reduced to zero. I agree that, in the event of default, I am obligated to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs associated with the recovery by RAVE of the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account.

I further agree that the recovery by RAVE of the total accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account may be effected by a filing by RAVE of an application for Summary Judgement against me in any court located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and I hereby expressly release RAVE of any and all obligation to prove, through the submission of documentation or otherwise that any and all charges to my Convenience or Charge Account are valid.

Challenge to payment mechanism

In the event I pay the accumulated balance on my Convenience Account or Charge Account by credit card or check, I agree not to challenge the credit card charge or place a stop order on my check. In the event that I challenge the credit card charge by requesting a reversal of the charge by my credit card issuer or placing a stop order on my check by asking my bank not to honor the check, I agree to reimburse RAVE for the amount of the reversed credit card charge or the stopped check plus any collection costs, including reasonable attorney and court costs.

Furthermore, I agree that recovery of the aforementioned amount, any and all unpaid charges appearing on my Convenience or Charge Account, and any collection costs by RAVE may be effected by a filing by RAVE of an application for Summary Judgement against me in any court located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and I hereby expressly release RAVE of any and all obligation to prove, through the submission of documentation or otherwise, that the amount of the reversed credit card charge or the stopped check is accurate and that any and all unpaid charges appearing on my Convenience or Charge Account are valid.

Changes to my email address or residential and/or billing address 

I agree to notify RAVE, in writing, of any changes to my email address and residential and/or billing address within 7 days of such change. If I fail to inform RAVE of such changes within 7 days, RAVE may, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, invoke any of the remedies provided for in this Agreement.

Changes to the credit card supporting my account

I agree to notify RAVE, in writing, of any change in the status of the credit card linked to my Convenience Account within 7 days of such change. These changes include but are not limited to changes in the credit card number and/or expiration date. If I fail to inform RAVE of such changes within 7 days, RAVE may, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, invoke any of the remedies provided for in this Agreement.

No waiver by RAVE

RAVE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, not to impose part or all of any fee or penalty set forth in this Agreement. RAVE also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, not to exercise any of its rights set forth in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the fact that RAVE chooses not to impose part or all of any fee or penalty, or chooses not to exercise any of its rights, I understand that, by so doing, RAVE does not waive its right to impose such fee or penalty, or exercise any of its rights in the future.

Without limiting the foregoing, RAVE may, at its option: (a) accept late or partial payments, (b) accept personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks or money orders tendered with conditions or limitations, (c) agree to extend the Payment Due Date of any payment due under this Agreement for any length of time, and/or (d) release any other person from their responsibilities under this Agreement (without notifying you and without releasing you from your obligation to pay all amounts owing under this Agreement in full or to otherwise perform the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement).

Reporting of errors

If you believe that your Statement contains an error, or if you need more information about a charge listed on your Statement, please notify RAVE. RAVE must receive your request in writing no later than 60 days after the Statement Date displayed on the Statement on which the error or problem first appeared.

Your request should be addressed to accounts@ravefabricare.com. To facilitate research, your email must include the following information: (a) the name on the Convenience Account or Charge Account, (b) the dollar amount of the suspected error, and (c) a description of the error, and (d) an explanation, to the extent that you can, why you believe there is an error.

Assignment of your RAVE Convenience Account or RAVE Open Account

You may not sell, assign or transfer any rights to your Convenience Account or Charge Account or any of your obligations under this agreement to any third party.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be void or unenforceable under applicable law, rule or regulation, all other provisions of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable.

Applicable laws

Federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona will govern the terms of this Agreement. I understand that RAVE makes decisions about opening of Convenience Accounts and Charge Accounts for me from Arizona, extends credit to me under this Agreement from Arizona, and accepts my payments in Arizona.

Amendments to this agreement

RAVE may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. However, RAVE will notify me, in advance, of any such changes by emailing a notice to me at the email address linked to my Convenience or Charge Account or by mailing a notice to me at the billing address linked to my Convenience account or Charge Account.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between RAVE and I relating to my Convenience Account or Charge Account and supersedes any other prior or contemporaneous agreement between RAVE and I relating to my Convenience Account or Charge Account. This Agreement may not be amended except in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
